Response Process
- We will review all valid DMCA notices promptly
- If the notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- We will notify the content provider of the takedown
- Repeat infringers may have their access to the platform terminated
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@velvetinks.com including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
