Subscription Refunds
- If you're unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your most recent charge for a full refund of that billing period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or directly through LemonSqueezy
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
Coin Purchase Refunds
- Unused coins may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
- Coins that have already been spent on chapter unlocks are non-refundable
- Bonus coins received as part of a promotion are non-refundable

- Include your account email address
- Describe the reason for your refund request
Processing Time
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5â10 business days and returned to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy.
